The team at Nirmana Nepal believe in the potential of responsible, sustainable tourism to be as empowering for communities as it can be inspiring for individuals. Nirmana Nepal's team have extensive professional and personal experience in a number of contexts and countries with the tourism industry, and would like to use this knowledge to help improve this industry for the benefit of everyone involved - the tour operators, the customers, and the communities in which we operate.
We have a variety of different training programs, aimed at people who are interested in tourism, people who support the industry (for example drivers) and tourism professionals.
Meeting your organisationss needs is part of our motivation - we offer a lot of flexibility in how much you can input into the themes of the training, and will strive to incorporate any issues you want addressing into the training.
